Refund policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn and unused product(s) within 30 days of original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the gear must be returned clean, not worn or used, and undamaged, including hangtags and original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a copy of the packing slip or proof of purchase. Please note we cannot refund your credit card for merchandise returned after the 30-day period.

**If you wish to exchange a product, you must first return the original purchase and then initiate a new order. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is on its way, make a separate purchase for the new item.**

 To Make a return:

  1. Carefully fill out the return request form enclosed with your order
  2. Put the following in your return shipping carton:
    • Copy of Packing slip or proof of purchase
    • A completed return request form
    • The merchandise in its original packaging/box
  3. Place a return shipping label on the outside of the carton                                                          Please Note: Safari Supply will not provide a prepaid return label. Please retain the tracking number listed on your return label for reference.
  4. Ship your package at any U.S. Post Office, UPS or FedEx location.
  5. Once your returned item(s) have been processed, a refund will be issued to your credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. It may take up to 10 days for us to receive your returned items. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement or PayPal account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, butane fuel, insect repellents, water purification/filtration products), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (socks, underwear and face masks). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is on its way, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if there are any issues concerning your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
